Chris Bennett is an attorney, consultant, and entrepreneur dedicated to advancing innovation through technology, law, and sustainable business models. As founder of T-I-L Group, a social impact IP law and consulting practice, Chris delivers intellectual property rights (IPR) services that expand access for underrepresented innovators, pairing digital delivery with software solutions to fuel economic growth. With a career spanning leadership roles at AT&T, BellSouth, and Verizon, —as well as work at Deloitte, MCI and in government—Chris blends private-sector expertise with a mission-driven approach. His academic foundation includes a J.D. from Georgetown University, a B.A. from MSU/JCSU, an M.B.A., and advanced certifications from George Washington University, Johns Hopkins, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and the University of Maryland Blockchain Accelerator.
